What is home.com.tr?

home.com.tr is a dynamic, modern, AI-powered real estate platform that brings together all stakeholders in the real estate ecosystem (individual users, corporate real estate agencies, independent individual consultants, and construction companies) under one roof. Thanks to its user-friendly interface, in-platform filtering, listing search, and listing processes are carried out with maximum smoothness.

Membership and Account Transactions

There are four main membership types on the platform. Each membership type is specifically designed to meet a different need in the sector, and users will encounter different panel tabs designed specifically for them according to the membership type they choose:

Individual Membership: For end users who want to sell or rent their property directly as the owner.

Real Estate Agencies: A scalable membership model developed for corporate real estate offices that employ more than one consultant.

Independent Consultants (Level 5): For professionals who work freelance in compliance with legal regulations, without being tied to a physical office.

Construction Companies: For developers who can list the housing projects they produce only in the "Project" category and have multi-sale potential with a single listing.

EIDS and Identity Verification

Within the scope of legal regulations that came into force as of 1 February 2026, integration with the Electronic Listing Verification System (EIDS) has become mandatory for all for-sale and for-rent real estate listings.

With this regulation, in order to prevent speculative listings by individuals without an authorization certificate, the identity and authorization information of all real estate professionals and individual users registered on the platform is automatically verified via e-Devlet and the Ministry of Trade systems.

In addition to its EIDS-compliant infrastructure, Home.com.tr enables you to manage listing processes securely, quickly, and in full compliance with legal regulations through its authorization certificate creation and authorization system offered on a single platform.

Listing Submission Process

The listing submission process has been optimized to provide maximum detail with minimum effort. After users click the "Add Listing" button, they complete the location, property features, pricing, media upload, and approval steps step by step. The system will not publish the listing without verifying that the entered data is complete.

Individual Users

When individual users become members of the system, they benefit completely free of charge from listing search, saving, and communication features. When they want to sell or rent their own real estate, the following processes are followed;

Each individual user is granted 1 Free Listing Right with a 3-month publication period, to be renewed once a year.

Real Estate Agencies

Corporate real estate agencies start their corporate memberships by uploading the required commercial documents and their Real Estate Trade Authorization Certificates to the system.

Home.com.tr offers a value ladder that supports agencies’ growth: To allow all newly registered agencies to experience the platform, they are granted, as standard, 5 free listing rights and the ability to define 1 consultant. Agencies’ listings are updated every 3 months, and their delete/change rights are flexible.

As needs increase, agencies upgrade to Starter, Pro Global, Pro+, or Corporate packages.

Agency Staff

Agencies can add the real estate consultants (their staff) working within their organization to the system via the panel, authorize them, and monitor their performance.

Within the consultant quota included in the agency package, each staff member can manage a portfolio under their own name; if the staff member leaves the job, delete/change operations can be easily applied so that the listings remain in the agency pool.

Independent Consultants (Level 5)

A special ecosystem has been built that removes legal barriers for independent (freelance) professionals who hold the Responsible Real Estate Consultant (Level 5) Vocational Qualification Certificate:

For independent consultants who have difficulty entering listings on their own due to EIDS legislation, the platform offers the opportunity to publish listings freely through the legal authorization infrastructure provided by home.com.tr.

Consultants who present their Level 5 certificate during registration are granted 5 free listing rights.

After creating their memberships, a «3 Listings» package will be offered for independent consultants. Consultants who wish to purchase these packages will complete the purchase through the system.

Construction Companies and Project Listings

Construction companies can publish their listings on the platform only under the Project category.

In addition, just like real estate agencies, they can define and authorize their own team members in the system; they can easily manage project management and listing processes through a single account.

Packages tailored for construction companies offer different listing rights, team management, and visibility advantages depending on your project size and needs. They provide flexible solutions so companies of all sizes can manage their digital sales processes more efficiently.

Packages, Subscription, and Payment

For the package you need, proceed to the payment step from the purchase screen. When the payment is successfully completed, the package you purchased or the additional listing right is automatically assigned to your account.

When the listing rights in your package are used up, you can upgrade your package, purchase additional listing rights, or edit your existing listings to make room for new listings.

If you need more listing rights, adding consultants, featuring, or AI usage rights, you can easily upgrade to a higher package that suits your needs.

Featuring helps your listing reach more users by ensuring it is displayed with priority in more visible areas and in listing lists for a certain period of time.

AI-Powered Features

AI-powered content creation can generate a title and description based on your listing information, transform your existing texts into a more professional language, and support you in multilingual content production.

Thanks to the multilingual translation feature, the listing title and description can be translated into the languages supported on the platform. If the translation cannot be completed, the content in the base language is displayed in other languages.

AI-powered smart search allows users to search with natural expressions such as "3+1 rental apartment with a pool in a residential complex in Alanya" without using complex filters, and presents the most suitable results. You can edit the titles and descriptions generated by AI as you wish before publishing your listing and manually determine the final version.

Listing Search and Filtering

You can easily access the listings you are looking for by using advanced filtering options such as category, location, price, square meters, number of rooms, floor, year built, listing features, and map.

Search with AI

Write what you’re looking for however you want. Let us automatically find the most suitable listings for you based on all the features you specify.

Search by Distance

Select a location and search for listings around it. You can view results by travel time on foot, by bicycle, or by car.

Search by Drawing on the Map

Select the area you want by freehand drawing or drawing a rectangle on the map. Easily view listings within the area you drew.

Listing Details and Contact

From the listing detail page, you can send a message, contact them if phone information is available, or create an appointment request.

Visit Request From the appointment area in the listing details, you can send a request for a suitable date by selecting one of the options “On-site” or “Remote / Online”.

Send an Offer You can submit your request to the listing owner or consultant by sending a specific offer based on the listing price. Acceptance of the offer depends on the agreement of the parties.

Add Note You can add private notes to the listings you review that only you can see.

Set a Price Alert A feature that enables a notification or email to be sent to you when the price of the listing you are interested in drops.

Favorites and User Tools

You can add a listing to your favorites list using the Favorite button on the listing card or listing detail page.

You can create multiple favorites lists according to your different needs and organize listings between these lists.

You can change the name of the lists you created via My Account > Favorites, or delete a list at any time.

Personal notes you add to listings are visible only in your account and are not shared with other users.

Media, Photos, Video

Photo upload limits may vary depending on your membership type, the package rights you have, and the listing category.

You can select your listing’s cover image at any time from among the photos you upload. You can add a video to your listing in formats supported by the platform, or share a video link from supported sources (for example, YouTube). If you wish, you can add a virtual tour link to your listing so buyers can review the property in detail remotely.

Especially for project listings, you can upload additional content such as floor plans, project documents, and promotional files, and you can present your listing more comprehensively by adding a separate cover image, gallery, and floor plan images for each unit type.

Language, Currency, Multilingual Use

You can change the site language among the supported languages from the language options.

You can view in supported currencies from the currency selection. During the listing publication stage, the main price entry may be TRY according to the platform rule.

For active languages, title and description fields can be filled in the language you prefer, or AI translation support can be used.

If there is a title and description in at least one source language, the platform can operate by completing missing languages from the source language.
