1. Data Controller

This Information Notice has been prepared by Home Yatırım Emlak Tur. Tic. İnş. San. Kuy. İhr. Ltd. Şti. ("home.com.tr"), acting as the data controller within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). home.com.tr informs users regarding the processing of personal data obtained through the website with the domain name www.home.com.tr, mobile applications, and affiliated digital platforms.

2. Processed Personal Data

Depending on the nature of the services provided by home.com.tr, various personal data of the user may be processed. Within this scope, identity information, contact information, user account information, IP addresses, device records, transaction logs, messaging records, listing information, title deed verification records, EİDS data, authorization documents, payment information, user activities, and technical usage data may be processed. Depending on the transactions carried out on the platform, location data, security logs, and user behavior data may also be processed for the purposes of ensuring platform security and improving service quality.

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Personal data are processed for the purposes of creating user accounts, providing platform services, carrying out user verification processes, ensuring EİDS integrations, protecting platform security, preventing fraudulent activities, operating AI-supported systems, carrying out moderation processes, performing payment transactions, managing subscription processes, providing user support services, conducting advertising and marketing activities, and fulfilling legal obligations.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

home.com.tr may share personal data only in accordance with the relevant legislation and to the extent necessary with public institutions and organizations, payment institutions, technical infrastructure providers, cloud service providers, legal advisors, and audit service providers. Data transfer is carried out for the purposes of maintaining platform services, managing security processes, and fulfilling legal obligations.

5. Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data

Personal data may be collected electronically through the website, mobile applications, user forms, membership processes, e-Devlet integrations, EİDS systems, messaging infrastructures, AI systems, cookie technologies, and user support channels. The data are processed based on the legal grounds of establishment or performance of a contract, the data controller’s fulfillment of its legal obligations, protection of legitimate interests, establishment or protection of a right, and the user’s explicit consent.

6. Retention Periods

home.com.tr retains personal data for the retention periods stipulated in the relevant legislation or for as long as required by the purpose of processing. Within this scope, user account records, transaction logs, IP records, messaging records, security records, payment and invoice records, user support records, and technical data related to platform security may be retained for the purposes of applicable legislation, platform security, dispute processes, fraud prevention activities, and fulfillment of legal obligations. Data that are required to be retained under e-commerce, tax legislation, the Turkish Commercial Code, consumer legislation, KVKK, and relevant secondary regulations are retained for the relevant legal periods. Upon the expiration of the retention period, the disappearance of the purpose of data processing, or the user’s request within the scope of the relevant legislation, personal data are deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with Article 7 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the provisions of the relevant legislation. home.com.tr may retain certain data in backup systems for limited periods in order to ensure data security, protect system integrity, and manage potential technical risks.

Applications within the scope of the KVKK may be submitted by the user to home.com.tr in writing in accordance with the legislation or via the communication channels registered in the system. Applications will be concluded within the periods specified in the relevant legislation.
