DISTANCE SERVICE AND SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT
This Distance Service and Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") has been concluded electronically between Home Yatırım Emlak Tur. Tic. İnş. San. Kuy. İhr. Ltd. Şti. ("home.com.tr") and the real or legal person user ("User") who purchases paid services via the website with the domain name www.home.com.tr, mobile applications, and affiliated digital platforms. By purchasing subscriptions, showcase, listing highlighting, premium visibility, corporate membership, or other digital services through the platform, the User declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this agreement. Various paid digital services, subscription packages, showcase solutions, listing visibility services, corporate packages, advertising systems, and premium membership options may be offered on the home.com.tr platform. The scope of the services offered, usage limits, visibility features, listing rights, and technical details are specified on the platform. The services purchased by the User are provided digitally, and the performance process begins once the service is activated. The User acknowledges that digital services may become available for immediate use electronically. Packages, usage rights, visibility systems, listing limits, advertising areas, and subscription features offered on the platform may be changed, updated, restricted, or removed by home.com.tr at any time. The User declares that they accept any changes that may be made to the platform’s service infrastructure.
Subscription systems may be offered for a fixed term or with automatic renewal. In automatically renewing subscriptions, the user accepts that renewal may be carried out at the applicable fee at the end of the subscription term. The User has the right to enable/disable the automatic renewal feature via account settings. Payment transactions are carried out through payment institutions and electronic payment infrastructures contracted by the platform. The User acknowledges that their payment information is accurate and up to date. Additional verification processes may be applied to ensure the security of payment transactions. In the event of payment failure, chargeback, detection of suspicious transactions, or the emergence of risky situations related to the payment infrastructure, home.com.tr reserves the right to suspend the relevant services, deactivate listings, stop subscriptions, or temporarily restrict the user account. Services purchased on the platform are digital services, and if the service is actively used, the right of withdrawal may be limited in line with the exceptions under the legislation. The User acknowledges that once performance of the digital service has begun, the right of withdrawal may partially or completely cease to exist under the relevant legislation. In the event of misuse of the services purchased by the User, conduct contrary to platform rules, publication of fake listings, engagement in spam activities, or carrying out actions that threaten platform security, home.com.tr may stop the relevant services, cancel subscriptions, or suspend the account.
No guarantee is provided that the digital services offered on the platform will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or with continuous accessibility. Temporary interruptions may occur due to technical maintenance work, third-party service outages, internet infrastructure problems, cyberattacks, or technical malfunctions. home.com.tr may issue electronic invoices to users when necessary in line with obligations arising from legislation. The User acknowledges that they are responsible for sharing the required invoicing information accurately. Services purchased on the platform may not be transferred to the user, made available to third parties, or resold commercially. In the event that the user account is shared, transferred, or misused, the platform reserves the right to restrict the relevant account. home.com.tr reserves the right to make changes to this Distance Service and Subscription Agreement at any time. The updated agreement enters into force as of the date it is published on the platform.
