ETK Commercial Electronic Message Information Notice

As HOME YATIRIM EMLAK TURİZM TİCARET İNŞAAT SANAYİ KUYUMCULUK İTHALAT İHRACAT LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“HOME YATIRIM”), this Commercial Electronic Message Information Notice has been prepared to inform you, within the scope of the Electronic Communications Law No. 5809 (“EHK”), the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563 (“ETK”), and the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the relevant legislation, about the sending of commercial electronic messages to you and the processing, storage, and transfer of your personal data.

Your identity information (name, surname) and contact information (e-mail address, phone number) that you have shared with HOME YATIRIM, in the event that you give consent for commercial electronic messages, will be processed by HOME YATIRIM within the scope of marketing communication activities; for the purposes of sending commercial electronic messages through the communication channels you have consented to, including WhatsApp, SMS, phone and e-mail, carrying out customer satisfaction efforts, conducting marketing analyses, planning and carrying out advertising, campaign and promotion activities, promoting and marketing the products and services offered, creating and offering campaigns and opportunities tailored to you, performing target audience analyses, improving customer experience by analyzing user behaviors, carrying out direct and indirect marketing activities, conducting personalized marketing and remarketing activities, carrying out segmentation and analysis activities, carrying out internal reporting processes, conducting market research, planning and carrying out activities aimed at customer satisfaction, recommending to you the products and services offered by customizing them according to your interests, preferences and needs, and carrying out customer relationship management processes, based on your consent for commercial electronic messages pursuant to Article 6 of the ETK and your explicit consent within the scope of paragraph 1 of Article 5 of the KVKK.

You may withdraw your consent regarding the sending of electronic commercial messages at any time.

Your personal data may be processed by HOME YATIRIM, limited to the purposes stated above, directly or through business partners and service providers from whom services are obtained; and may be shared with suppliers providing information technologies, communication and infrastructure services, and to the extent permitted by the legislation.

To exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK and to submit your requests regarding your personal data, you may apply via HOME YATIRIM’s Personal Data Protection Application Form or through the company’s KVKK application channels.
