The Responsible Real Estate Consultant Vocational Qualification Certificate, Level 5, or similar official documents requested by the platform may be required.

After application and document approval, individual consultants may be granted a certain number of free listing rights. Under the current plan, 5 free listing rights are предусмотрено.

Individual consultants are supported with a separate package structure because they work alone, are highly sensitive to fixed expenses, and have fewer listings compared to agencies.
