Approval, Publication and Listing Management
Construction companies can only publish project-based listings. Publishing single housing units, a single villa, or standard individual real estate listings may be restricted.
A construction company’s project generally represents multiple independent units. Therefore, a project-based and more controlled listing structure is used on the platform.
Project listings may include additional information such as unit types, floor plans, project delivery date, project land plot, construction status, and multiple apartment/villa/office types.
Depending on the project structure, unit-based price ranges may be used instead of a main price. Therefore, in some project listings, the price may be optional or managed through the project units.
These are different independent unit options within the same project, such as 1+1, 2+1, villa type, office type, or shop type.
Under the current package planning, it is envisaged that no free listing entitlement will be granted for construction companies and that the process will proceed with paid project packages.
