Personel kendi başına paket satın alabilir mi?

Genel yapı acente hesabı üzerinden yönetilir. Personel hakları, bağlı olduğu acentenin paket ve yetkilerine göre belirlenir.

Personelin ilan düzenleme yetkisi nasıl çalışır?

Personel genellikle kendi oluşturduğu ilanları düzenleyebilir. Acente sahibi ise acenteye bağlı ilanları daha geniş yetkiyle yönetebilir.

Personel hesabı pasifleştirildiğinde ilanlar silinir mi?

Hayır. Personelin pasifleştirilmesi ilanların otomatik silineceği anlamına gelmez. İlan yönetimi acente hesabı üzerinden devam edebilir.

Acente personeli şifresini değiştirebilir mi?

Evet. Personel ilk girişte veya hesap alanından şifresini yenileyebilir.
